The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for attaining quota through the sales of new business in the small business segment.

Day To Day Responsibilities:
- Log into the national sales queue
- Actively prospect for new business
- Engage inbound sales leads
- Update sales activities in the CRM
- Meet average weekly KPI for sales activities
- Present your ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone
- Manage your pipeline in various sales stages
- Attain monthly sales targets
- Work respectfully with our supporting departments
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience responsible for the full sales cycle
- Skilled in short sales cycle pipeline management
- Consultative selling experience in acquiring net new accounts
- A competitive mindset
- Results driven
- A positive attitude
- Highly organized
- Problem solver
- Strong time management skills
- French speaking an asset but not necessary
- Post secondary is an asset however equivalent work experience will be considered
