CLEARVIEW is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager, who will be responsible for providing guidance in building/maintaining an efficient and effective PM process within the organization. Leveraging their extensive industry knowledge and experience, the PM must assess and plan what needs to be done for each project, analyze related risks, and ensure the project is executed successfully, on-specification, on-budget, and on-time. The PM will oversee several concurrent projects at any given time, developing project schedules and facilitating resolution of all issues to reach project goals.
What will your day look like?
Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:
Project Planning (Intermediate/Senior)

Participating in client meetings, contract finalization, and development of requirements and specifications
-
Recording detailed requirements, constraints and assumptions with key stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables
-
Coordinating with Team Leads to have appropriate resources assigned to projects and project objectives; monitor progress

Conducting meetings with all key stakeholders to review the overall project plan once determined
-
Creating and maintaining a detailed project plan that identifies critical tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation
Project Execution (Intermediate/Senior)

Preparing project documentation
-
Assisting technical team in design and development tasks
-
Practicing issue resolution and risk mitigation to keep projects under control and moving forward

Measuring project performance, and managing ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance to keep project on track

Preparing and delivering executive reports on project status
Team Development (Senior)
-
Providing guidance, mentorship and direction for peers and colleagues within the PM group and across teams as required
-
Helping to implement project budget targets for future projects
-
Working collaboratively with leadership to find creative and flexible ways to leverage PM best practices when circumstance requirements fall outside of traditional PM methods
Qualifications
You should be:

An enthusiastic self-starter who learns quickly and proactively approaches tasks and assignments with a focus on problem-solving and analysis.

An excellent communicator (written and oral), who can effectively present complex information in a clear and understandable fashion to stakeholders at any level

Comfortable mentoring and providing guidance to colleagues at various levels within the organization (Senior)
And have:

A proven track record of successfully managing development projects using Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN) methodologies.

Familiarity with Waterfall methodology

A solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)

A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in project management roles, demonstrating successful project execution and completion

Experience working with projects of various sizes and scopes.

The ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and competing priorities at any given point
-
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with emphasis on customer focus, teamwork, and relationship-building
-
Good general computer and internet skills
Project Management certifications (i.e. PMP Cert., APM) are considered an asset but not required; equivalent experience is also acceptable
Other requirements:

Some flexibility of working hours as required based on business and departmental needs.

Occasional travel may be required.

Minimal physical demands, with most time spent sitting/standing in an office environment; manual dexterity required for computer usage.

We are a diverse and welcoming group. Most of our team is located on the East coast of Canada, so our core business hours center around Atlantic and Eastern time zones.

We have a hybrid remote working model – we work from home on a daily basis, but also have offices located in Fredericton NB and Niagara-on-the-Lake ON that can be used for meetings and collaboration for team members who live nearby.
