We are looking hire an Outside Sales Representative to grow our existing business in Vancouver, Canada. This role is best suited to someone interested in building a long-term, sustainable book of business and earning in excess of $100,000 per year.
Based out of the BC Lower Mainland and reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and networking with engineering firms, general contractors focused on infrastructure, municipalities & Provincial government, property managers and restoration companies.
Respond to incoming requests for quotation by providing professional estimates and customer service.
Managing the customer experience from bid to payment.
Attend networking events and tradeshows to keep Poly-Mor front-of-mind with potential clients.
We do have a shop and warehouse in Vancouver; however, this is primarily a home-based position.
We are focused on finding sales team members with positive attitudes, a desire to learn, who can work independently and are driven to achieve goals. If you meet these criteria, we want to meet you, regardless of your previous sales experience.
Please note, this is not an inside sales or order desk position. The chosen candidate will be expected to grow a sales territory through a variety of customer facing activities which will require hard work, dedication, and self discipline.
Training will be provided which includes product knowledge, applications, estimating and using HubSpot CRM which is a critical component of our business.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Full time salary plus uncapped commission structure. Average total compensation above $100k
Vehicle and expense allowance
Some travel required, up to 25% in busy season.
