Primary Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships throughout and beyond the sales process.
- Utilize data mining techniques to follow up with previous, current, and prospective customers.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks related to showroom marketing and lot displays.
- Contribute to social media outreach efforts.
- Ensure prompt and efficient response to returning customer requests online.
- Regularly utilize a CRM/DMS to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sub-departments to develop sales agreements that prioritize customer satisfaction and benefit Parkers.
Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Must possess a Class 5 Driver's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with both staff and customers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and a solid online following.
- Familiarity with VinSolutions, PBS, and/or Deskit.
- Previous car sales experience.
- Cold calling experience.
- Live chat messaging experience.
