We are hiring! Position: Craft Brewery Brewery Help / Delivery Driver
full time or part time depending on availability
Bring your craft beer passion and enthusiasm to our brewery! Salt Spring Brewing Co has been brewing on the Island since 1998 and our staff are a valued part of the island community. Our tasting room is a popular destination for locals, craft beer enthusiasts and visitors to the island who appreciate our unique beers and being able to #drinkbeerwithnature. We distribute our products to stores and licensees throughout BC and continue to expand our brands and distribution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Bottling, Canning and eventually brewing our delicious beer
Beer tank Cleaning
Keg washing and filling
Packaging department support
Distribution assistance
Deliveries
General brewery cleaning duties
Operate the delivery vehicle in a safe manner at all times

Skills and attributes necessary for this position:
Candidates must be a team player, customer service-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
Liquor/Hospitality industry experience an asset
Warehouse and/or Delivery experience an asset
Manufacturing experience/mechanical aptitude an asset
Must have a BC Driver’s License
Current forklift certification or experience is an asset
Passion for the Craft Beer industry
Ability to routinely and repetitively lift 55lbs -140 lbs.

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
