Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective sales techniques
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to improve sales performance
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
