Bellflower Market is looking for cashiers to join our amazing team! Operating in the up and coming Gaslight District in Cambridge, we are focused on providing our guests with a truly world class experience at Tapestry Hall, Foundry Tavern, Bellflower Market, and the Underwing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet all customers as they enter the store
- Answer customers' questions about promotions, location of items in the store, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of displays and work areas
- Providing suggestions and advice after understanding the customers wants and needs
- Scan goods and ensure price is accurate
- Responsible for all debit, credit and cash transactions

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers
- Maintains a neat and organized checkout area
- Accurately accounts for cash and all debit/credit transactions
- Accurately scans or enters product data
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organization and neatness
- Strong customer service skills
- Alert and attentive to details
- Ability to work as a team and follow instructions
- Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
- Familiarity with cash register and POS
EXPERIENCE:
- Basic math skills
- Experience with POS and cash handling
- Customer service experience
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: $15.50-$17.53 per hour
