With our continuous evolution, we are currently looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative working out of their own remote home office within Atlantic Canada, with periodic travel to either Dartmouth, NS or St. John’s, NL branches.

About the Role:
Our Inside Sales Representatives report to the Director of Sales and enhance the service provided to Big Erics customers. Their goal is to consistently meet and set metrics around sales dollars, profit, number of outgoing calls per day etc., and to grow our customer list by reactivating previous customers and prospecting new clients. Delivering on our standards of exceptional customer service and developing meaningful relationships with our staff and customers is essential in this role.
Key tasks:
▪ Conduct outgoing sales calls
▪ Support inbound sales calls
▪ Provide customers with detailed product and pricing information
▪ Meeting established targets on number of outgoing calls per day
Inside Sales Associate

▪ Accountable for meeting monthly sales targets
▪ Create quotes and sales orders
▪ Set up new accounts (clients) and contracts
▪ Computer skills (software: Microsoft Suite, CRM, Auto quotes, SAP)
▪ Emailing customers
▪ Tracking of calling activities
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain composure during challenging customer interactions, a strong skill set in communication (both written and verbal), excellent persuasive selling techniques and a passion for Sales. As a quick learner, the successful candidate will familiarize themselves with our products and services, as well as the technology to facilitate transactions with our customers. Technical skill with
Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and experience with SAP is considered a strong asset.
Bilingualism is an asset.
Previous Sales experience including cold and warm calling is an asset.
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday, occasional evenings & weekends. Travel less than 15% of time.
