Support our retail client through various communication channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
Help customers make selections by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and offering suggestions in a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Respond to customers’ orders and shipment inquiries
Resolve order concerns independently and with minimum supervision for escalated situations, while maintaining a positive and engaging tone
Accurate and concise feedback and special needs documentation in a computer-based system
Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing credit cards, and other online payment methods
Able to work on customer needs in a confident and positive demeanor
Excellent data entry skills and the ability to navigate between multiple computer screens while on the phone
Call center or soft sales experience (preferred)
Experience in a metrics-driven, performance environment (preferred)
Background noise and interruption free home space
Reliable internet speed and broadband connection (5 Mbps download, 2.5 Mbps upload)
Hardwired or ethernet connection to the internet during your shifts
A Windows laptop or a desktop
Two Monitors (minimum of 19” in size)
A USB headset with a mute button for both training and live customer handling
Smartphone to be able to log into our system.
