POSITION DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills
We are looking for full time and part time self-motivated and dependable Customer Service Representatives to join our team!
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for local communities. They are responsible for not only maintaining strong relationships with potential customers but also serve as a conduit between the customer and the client.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Working alongside clients through team based community engagement programs on behalf of different client communication campaigns throughout the year. Technical input of data and processing customer transactions. Answer questions and provide high level customer service response to inquries.
