We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of computer systems and software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback on solutions provided.
- Assist customers with product installation and configuration.
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.
- Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Provide timely resolution of customer issues.
- Previous experience as a network or systems administrator
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of how AD works
- MUST HAVE A VECHILE
Shifts are 8 hours a day, but we do provide emergency support for after hours. It is a rare occurrence but needs to be kept in mind. An example of emergency support would be if a server is failing.
