Role:
Assisting drivers on the road with deliveries.
Role Responsibilities:
-
Travel with driver on delivery routes
-
Assist driver with offloading product (heavy lifting)
-
Perform the delivery function with excellent customer service in mind
-
Comply with all safety rules and procedures and Ministry of Transportation laws
-
Assist transportation team members, complete tasks and meet customer service requirements; Must maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record

Use proper lifting techniques
-
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:
-
Physically fit – you will be doing heavy lifting for extended periods of time in a fast-paced repetitive work environment.

Previous related experience is an asset.
-
Embodies quality, safety, and customer service.
-
Must be detail oriented and well organized with good communication skills
-
Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
-
Ability to work in all weather conditions
HOURS OF WORK
-
Typically 40 hours/week, with some opportunity for flexibility
-
4 x 10 hour shifts with 3 days off per week
-
Early morning hours start time
