JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for identifying and initiating high-potential new business relationships and aiding in the onboarding of new business opportunities.
JOB TASKS:
-
Contact potential and existing clients to help develop new business opportunities
-
Achieve and maintain weekly contact objectives
-
Assist the Sales and R&D departments with keeping up to date contact info through our CRM.

Assist with the continuous development of Inside Sales department strategies and tactics.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledge with professional social media platforms

Strong time management skills

Confident and comfortable interacting with all levels of management and employee prospects

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Persistent and results-oriented

A motivated and positive attitude with a sunny disposition

An ability to maintain concentration and focus
CONSIDERED AN ASSET:

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Administration

Experience working in a target-based position

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

Proven experience in a call center or similar sales/customer service role
