Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Understanding of Google Applications
Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an asset

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Provide essential engineering support for various assembly lines, specializing in tooling and fixture development
Engineer solutions to enhance the manufacturing of Aerospace and Defense products
Collaborate to manage and analyze raw data analysis
Interpret and create drawings following ANSI or ISO standards in collaborating with Quality and Manufacturing engineers
Optimize processes by identifying root causes, implementing effective solutions, and maintaining their sustained impact
Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
Use CNC machines, such as 3D printers, to develop prototype tools
Support the manufacturing engineering team on setting up assembly processes
Perform a quality risk assessment of product builds (PFMEA)
Investigate failures and take corrective actions to fix the problem
