Client Services Representative
Full-time, Burnaby Office

We are looking for a highly organized and outgoing professional to join our team. This position requires an individual to provide support with quoting various projects required for the sale and promotion of our lines of playground and related outdoor products. Teamed-up with members of our outside sales team, you will work together to provide exceptional service to our clients within a specific geographical territory.
We work with schools, landscape architecture firms, community groups, and municipalities on their park, playground and landscape projects. We sell the majority of the commercial playgrounds that you see at local schools and city parks in BC. Habitat Systems was selected as playground company of the year and is an Employee Recommended Workplace.
Skills Needed
-Post secondary education in Administration, a related discipline, or prior customer service/inside-sales related work experience
-Aptitude for the business mathematics required for determining pricing for product quotes
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with solid typing ability
-CRM experience an asset
-Creative and positive problem solver who focuses on finding solutions
-Excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically via email
-Strong customer service talents. You are comfortable both on the phone and via email communicating with clients
-Able to manage multiple deadlines
-Exemplary work ethic
-Multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
-Keen attention to detail
-A high personal commitment to deadlines, work quality and accuracy
-Comfortable spending a large portion of the day in front of a computer and on the phone with clients
-Self-starter, flexible, with the ability to work independently and in a team
-A personality where you truly like to help others find solutions
-Criminal record check (mandatory)
Location
Our office is located at 3762 Napier Street in Burnaby (off of Boundary road in between First and Hastings). It’s a great central location with many places within a 5 minute drive and/or walk to enjoy your one hour lunch break.
