SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES is assisting a major automotive OEM in hiring an Learning Operation Specialist to join our growing team in Windsor, ON.
This position requires frequent travel to the USA; candidates must hold Canadian citizenship or have the ability to work in the USA.
Your primary mission, guided by Team Leads, Heads of Tech Training, and Region and Country Training Managers, will involve:
Ensuring the effective and timely execution of learning programs devised by the LBP.
Providing support for needs assessment and the collection of individual training requests, particularly those related to PDI.
Coordinating and overseeing training delivery while adhering to global standards and guidelines for processes, technologies, and tools.
Maintaining up-to-date training data within our shared system.
Gathering and presenting data related to established learning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as participant satisfaction and training hours delivered.
Ensuring that all training activities align with local and global regulations, including EHS, funding requirements, synergies, and learning policies.
Identifying and gathering training needs within your designated area of responsibility, and subsequently communicating these needs to the LBPs.
Overseeing all aspects of training activities within your scope of responsibility, from initial scheduling to evaluating their effectiveness.
Collaborating with the relevant LBP to effectively coordinate training initiatives, utilizing provided tools.
Generating and providing timely data and reports necessary for preparing funded plans (if applicable), fulfilling social commitments, monitoring progress, and facilitating audits or certifications.
Familiarity with fundamental learning processes.
Competence in class administration (operational admin)
Basics of project management, including planning, organization, and logistics.
Strong customer management skills.
Understanding of budgeting fundamentals.
Proficiency in collecting local training needs using standardized templates.
