Capital Staffing Solutions is currently seeking Pickup Truck Drivers (Waste Collection Driver) with IMMEDIATE starts! As a Waste Collection Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and transporting solid waste, yard waste, and recyclables.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Loading solid waste, yard waste and/or recyclables into the rear or side of the waste collection vehicle.
- Operating the truck and equipment using prescribed techniques to eliminate driver-induced mechanical failures.
- Maintaining route quality standards as predetermined by management.
In addition to holding a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract, you should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. You must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs.
