Knolly Bikes Inc is looking for an Experienced Inside Bicycle Sales Representative to join our company.
The Experienced Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and developing new business relationships within a designated territory.
This position requires an enthusiastic inside salesperson who can build relationships with both new and existing customers.

Knolly Bikes is an engineering and distributor of boutique mountain and gravel bicycles.
The company started 20 years ago from the North Shore and holds unique patents and designs that make our mountain bikes perform the best in adverse trail conditions.
We are sold worldwide at local boutique bike shops and also online.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of cold calling, emailing, and meeting appointments to introduce Knolly Bikes products to new customers
- Identify customer needs, questions, and objections
- Build rapport with all customers in your assigned territory
- Provide accurate information about products and services to new and existing customers
- Build a pipeline of new sales opportunities from leads provided by salespeople
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the sales management team
- Maintain current product knowledge, including product technical details, price changes, and product upgrade availability
- Assist with territory planning and planning future marketing campaigns to increase market share
- Maintain accurate sales records for each customer in your assigned territory
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience in the bicycle or hardgoods industry
- Must have a passion for mountain bike and gravel bike culture
- Must have spreadsheet and email client experience
- Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to build productive relationships with both new and existing customers
- Ability to plan and achieve goals using time management skills and meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment when needed
- Must be willing to travel when required within the assigned territory
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales/customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Bikes or the outdoor industry: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
