Qualifications
- Have a thorough understanding of automotive technician trade
· Have extensive knowledge of repair procedures
· Strong leadership ability
· Strong computer skills
· Excellent customer service skills
Specific Duties
· Create work orders
· Communicate with technicians related to jobs
· Order parts
· Maintain organization in the shop
· Sell customers on work orders
· Maintain a high quality of workmanship
· Maintain a high shop morale
· Maintain a high shop efficiency
· Maintain a strong safety record
