Independent Sales Agents
inviting all who are in independent sales roles such as property brokers, insurance brokers and any other sales personnel working independently.
Area to be covered: Innisfil/Bradford/Alliston/Tottenham/West Gwillimbury
Opportunity to earn extra by way of a referral model. Independent sales lead generation. Commission based sales.
Job responsibility:
● Responsible for tapping into own and new customers
● Have an understanding on the services we provide and what our brand stands for
● Represent SHF in a positive light and ensuring potential clients know we want their business
● Warm the lead in areas of services we provide
● Networking as required
● Flyer drop-offs, cold calling, visiting potential leads, follow up on leads, etc;
● Co-ordinate with SHF representative to discuss need with client if required
● Co-ordinate with client and SHF if an assessment is required
● Co-ordinate with SHF to Sign-up the client and sign up contract with client
● Keep in touch with the client for any enhancement or additional services required
Customer Service:
● Front line first point of contact for clients and staff who service the client
● Answering phone in clear concise voice, listening to what caller wants and forwarding to appropriate staff; ensuring all client inquiries are answered beyond their expectations and that every caller knows we want their business and we are the best at what we do
● Calling all new clients within 48 -72 hours after first visit following Customer Service Process
● Calling clients in rotation ongoing to ensure full satisfaction. follow Stay in Touch Program is followed appropriately
● Answering staff calls – asking appropriate questions to ensure their questions are answered fully
● Client complaints, asking appropriate questions, filling in incident reports fully and passing to appropriate office staff responsible
● Sending clients thank you cards for their service, Christmas cards, notices and whatever is deemed necessary
Commission base:
● Commission will be a % of the invoice base value of the client (excluding HST) and paid every two weeks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
