We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of vehicles, monitoring driver performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for communicating with drivers, tracking vehicle locations, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the progress of drivers.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a database of driver information and locations.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Provide customer service support to drivers and customers.
- Keep records of driver schedules, routes, and delivery times.
- Dispatch drivers to appropriate locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.35-$18.27 per hour
