This position initially makes $19-$21/hr (with room for pay increase based on performance within the first year) and is eligible for performance bonuses as well. The work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm with occasionally scheduled evenings and/or weekend shifts. Schedule flexibility is highly valued. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR
As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer and make phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle warranty calls.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensures that their needs are met. You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with.
