This person will be responsible for the Central Vancouver Island territory, supporting residential HVAC customers. Principal tasks:
- Provide product solutions for incoming inquiries;
- Review and evaluate plans and specifications;
- Determine residential HVAC equipment requirements to meet the individual clients needs;
- Deliver dealer program offering to client
- Provide the contractor with material lists and quotations thru written and verbal communication;
- Follow up with clients to ensure their full satisfaction, either verbally or in writing;
Requirements:
- Post Secondary education in HVAC or a related discipline
- Demonstrate experience/knowledge in HVAC industry (an asset)
- Advance knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Comfortable working with ERP software
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service;
- Self motivated, organized and strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to close sales and work under pressure;
- Good judgment and decision-making skills;
- Ability to problem solve and provide variable solutions based in customer needs and company objectives;
- Team player and ability to work independently.
