Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Provide excellent customer service at our meat and deli service counters and assist in managing the deli department
-Strong merchandising skills, ordering and inventory experience is required
-Assist the meat department in packaging, pricing and merchandising products
-Knowledge of food, safe food handling and cooking is required
-Must have a keen attention to detail, excellent time management/organizational skills
-The ideal candidate has a background in food with an ability to lead and train other members of the team
-Able to meet scheduling requirements: Sunday-Thursday (Fri & Sat off)
-Safe Food Handling, WHMIS, and AODA etc. may be required after three months
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
