FreshPoint FreshCuts -Production (No Experience Needed),
We are hiring general Production Worker to support our produce processing plant in Richmond (3500 Viking Way). No experience required and candidates must be able to pass a background check.
Please note that our Richmond location is in a refrigerated environment (around 5 degrees Celsius) and personal protective equipment will be provided.
Availability Required
- Full-time, Saturday+ 4 weekdays
- Shift start time may vary between 8:30am to 9:30am depending on business needs, advanced notice will be provided
Responsibilities
- Load and unload up to 50 lbs
- Transport washed product into and from dryers via barrels and totes
- Weigh and pack products; assemble orders and build pallets
- Support the production department with other duties per business needs (e.g. wash, cut, sort, pack produce)
- Follow instructions from lead-hand or production supervisors to ensure production goals are met
- Work with sanitizing chemicals
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements
- No experience required
- Basic English proficiency
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (around 5 degrees C)
- Lift up to 50lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract with possibilities of extension.
