- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide customers with accurate information about menu items and ingredients
- Ensure proper food presentation and portion size according to specified guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Replenish condiments, utensils and other supplies as needed
- Prepare and assemble food items such as salads, sandwiches and side dishes
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Follow applicable cash handling and point- of- sale procedures
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
