At Purple Cow, you will be working with a team helping onboard new customers, provide customer and technical support through Calls/SMS/Email, and more!
Valuable previous experience:
- Salesforce - (Or other Customer Relation Databases)
- Chargebee - (Or other subscription handling services)
- Google Sheet/Doc - (Or Microsoft Office)
- Customer Service - Either virtually or in person
- Inbound Calls - Able to quickly and efficiently provide one call resolutions
