Job Description: UX/UI Specialist/Designer
As a UX/UI Specialist/Expert, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user requirements and translate them into engaging and visually appealing user experiences. Your expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design will be instrumental in delivering high-quality UX/UI solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business objectives.
Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
? Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
? Analyze user feedback, usability test results, and data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
? Make user personas, user journeys, and other user-centered design artifacts.
Information Architecture and Interaction Design:
? Develop and refine information architecture, navigation flows, and interaction models.
? Design wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
? Ensure consistency and coherence across the entire user journey.
UI Designing and Consistency:
? Make visually appealing and on-brand user interfaces using typography, color theory, iconography, and imagery.
? Design high-fidelity mockups and visual specifications for developers to implement.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to align the visual design with the overall brand strategy.
Usability Testing and Iterative Design:
? Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
? Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
? Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX/UI design.
Collaboration and Communication:
? Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and align on project goals.
? Effectively communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
? Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve the overall user experience.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual communications or a related discipline. A master's degree is a plus.
? Minimum 8 years of Proven experience & expertise as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
? Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
? Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
? Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
? Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
