As Leasing Representative, you will promote Mosaic’s Residential Portfolio to find great residents to live in one of three purpose-built rental properties located in Abbotsford (Gardner Living), Port Coquitlam (Fremont Living), and Surrey (Parker Living).
You will set up appointments, conduct property tours, prepare, negotiate, and draft lease proposals, manage rent collection and account receivables, resolve tenant concerns, and ensure new residents have a smooth transition into the community. You take pride in your customer service skills and know what it takes to provide a better experience at all stages of the leasing process from initial contact to move-in and beyond.
This is a one-year contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.

Who You Are
You have a passion for customer service and prior experience in a similar role in leasing, real estate development, sales, or customer service / hospitality. Bonus points if you can speak another language.
You can work independently, have excellent time management skills, and are comfortable working weekends. You have a reliable vehicle with a class 5 driver’s licence (business milage is compensated).
You are detail oriented, have strong organizational and administrative skills, and experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Bonus points if you have working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act, and Personal Privacy Act.
Finally, you’re a team player who brings out the best in others. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and see possibilities and opportunities all around you.
