As a receptionist with our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by utilizing your expertise in customer service and administrative tasks. In addition to the previously mentioned responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:
Efficiently managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Familiarizing yourself with the rules and regulations of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) to ensure compliance when providing information and assistance to tenants.
Assisting with tenant notifications, such as providing notices and updates in accordance with the RTA guidelines.
Managing the coordination and distribution of keys to multiple individuals, ensuring security measures are followed.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle upset individuals with empathy and care.
Juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analyzing complex situations and understanding different circumstances often require careful consideration and decision-making.
Exhibiting proficient and professional writing capabilities for various communication purposes.
Maintaining regular office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Your ability to navigate these challenges with sound judgment and attention to detail will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with grace.
Proficiency in using software such as Buildium, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google sheets, and Gmail.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and ability to apply its rules in various scenarios.
Aptitude for understanding different situations / considerations and making informed decisions in complex situations.
