We are currently recruiting for our state-wide engagement center operating on a hybrid office with remote flexibility. Your role as a digital representative is to provide premium customer service on all engagement channels, such as phone calls, emails, zoom and live chat. Every day is different! You may answer a question about up-and-coming products, adjust an order for our values clients, or troubleshoot one of our digital product malfunctions. We are looking for upbeat, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to join us in giving our partners the best consumer experience.
Candidates will not be asked to travel into a local office at any time during the recruitment process. All assessments and interviews will be conducted virtually. Candidates must be comfortable with virtual assessments, have access to a secure Wi-Fi network, and have a private space to work from in their home. Successful candidates should be prepared for virtual onboarding and remote working.

Primary Functions:
- Serve as the information center for all customers, community contacts, and other company representatives
- Must be aware of daily activities and administrative responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
- Must professionally handle all phone calls and route callers
- Answers questions in a timely and courteous manner
- Produce reports, forms, correspondence, orders and other materials as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
