BDI Equipments is devoted in research, design and manufacture of various industrial equipment such as mini excavator, skid steer loader, tractor, mini dumper, and more.
Our equipment is widely used for various industrial and construction projects: landscaping, urban road paving, park maintenance, house construction and renovation, etc.
BDI Equipments is head quartered in Toronto, ON, with regional offices and warehouses in Mississauga, Richmond Hill, as well as Delta, BC and Los Angeles, CA. We are now looking for a full-time Sales Representative to work in our Richmond Hill Office.

Your Responsibilities:
- Promote sales to existing clients
- Identify and solicit potential clients
- Cold calling, sourcing and prospecting new sales opportunities through provided leads
- Promptly respond to leads such telephone, email and online chat inquiries from customers.
- Identify gaps and perform detailed needs assessment in coordination with purchase department to develop an end-to-end sales plan
- Prepare and submit bid to meet the customers’ budget and obtain the potential purchase order from the customers
- Prepare or oversee preparation of sales or other contracts
- Follow up with clients after sale to conduct satisfaction survey, resolve any disputes or issues and to provide ongoing support along with Service team
- Provide feedback on consumer insights to product and marketing departments to optimize existing content
- Organize and submit sales reports and purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Responsible for customer follow-up and closing deal
- Travel in the field to visit the customers if necessary
Requirements:
- Post Secondary Education, in Business, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role
- Sales experience in car or machine dealership is a definite asset
- Experience/Knowledge in Heavy machinery & Aggregates related industry is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel
- Mechanical education and career background preferred
- Excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM system preferred
- Bilingual in French is an asset
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
