The Position
We are looking for a full-time customer solutions SUPERSTAR who will provide exceptional service for our home and auto insurance clients. This new team member would be a confident, forward thinker, who uses creative problem solving skills to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high quality customer service to our clients
- Assisting customer with policy changes, claims, and quoting of policies as required.
- Building relationships with customers
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Recent Graduate of Post-Secondary
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Well organized
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Level 1 General Insurance License
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary with bonuses, medical benefits, continuing education, vacation time and sick days, and 35-hour work week. Our office hours are 8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday. Salary to commensurate with experience and education of candidate.
