This is an on-site position located within our "google like" call centre in Cambridge - A high energy, fast paced and fun work environment!
Location: 2200 Eagle Street North, Cambridge
Compensation: $16.55 per hour base + monthly incentives for Appointment bookings!
+++ Approx $1,000 to 3,000 a month for bonus incentives!
Hours: Open availability Monday to Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Friday and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm
What You Will Be Doing:
- Service customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Follow communication “scripts” and pivot based on the conversation
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information by asking the right questions, and book appointments for our sales teams
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets daily

What You Bring to the Table:
- Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is considered an asset
- Proven track record of accomplishing targets
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
