Adorn Skin & Laser is a leading clinic in Grande Prairie. We founded our business with one goal in mind - to make aesthetic treatments effective, safe and affordable for every woman and man. Our Laser Hair Removal Clinic offers a modern, clinical and private setting for all your needs. All our treatments and products are medically approved, and our specialists strive to understand and exceed our patients’ expectations.
We are looking for a new staff member to train to help with client treatments as well as general office duties including inputting to a database and client consultations and follow-up. Strong computer skills are an asset. The candidate must be comfortable working directly with clients. In time, we are looking to train the right person under the supervision of our certified laser technicians.
Responsibilities:
-Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of treatments.
-Maintaining accurate records of treatments and client information.
-Ensuring a clean and safe work environment for clients and staff.
-Continuously learning and training to keep up with the latest advancements in cosmetic treatments.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Positive and cheerful outlook, reliable, honest and a quick learner
-Strong attention to detail, as well as organizational and multi-tasking skills
-Excellent product knowledge and proven ability in product sales
-Intermediate computer skills with Mac
