Customer Service /Admin Assistant with excellent communication skills.
JNE Retail Equipment Inc. is a small family owned and operated company doing business in Calgary for over 30 years. JNE Retail seeks employees who have integrity and sees the customer as their highest priority. All employees should be motivated and have the desire to lead by example.
We are looking for full time mature, responsible, detail oriented, motivated, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position reports directly to the Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be able to work with a variety of personalities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong organizational skills.

As a Customer Service/Admin Assistant, you will:
· Be a well-rounded, professional wanting to succeed and grow with the company.
· Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making product recommendations, sales conversion and capturing customer phone numbers/email addresses.
· Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers.
· Receive and process sales quotes and orders while maintaining a professional relationship with customers.
· Must be able to verbally communicate with customers on the phone.
· Be proficient with all office equipment and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Sage Accounting/QuickBooks, including ERP systems (required)
· Order Desk and Sales experience (required)
· Assist with marketing efforts and printing marketing materials
· Assist with phone support and other duties as assigned.
POSITION SUMMARY:
· Receiving and processing sales quotes and orders while maintaining a professional relationship with customers.
· Learn and explain all product solutions to customers.
· Verify customer information and update as required.
· Keep records of customer interactions, file documents.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
· Professional phone/email skills when corresponding with customers.
· Willing to be cross trained and assist other staff members when required.
· Additional tasks as required by management/ownership.
