Under the general direction of the Bookstore Supervisor, the Bookstore Associate provides excellent customer service to students by processing textbook orders expediently and efficiently. The position produces and maintains lists of required textbooks, sends these lists to students on a timely basis, provides support to library staff who sell textbooks to learners, processes all returns for refund and provides information to program associates regarding texts and readings. Other duties include ordering stationery supplies on behalf of the programs and departments, and communicating to university staff on bookstore matters.

This is a temporary, part-time position working 22.5 hours per week for a term from November 1, 2023 until October 31, 2024. This position has been evaluated at ADM-C with a salary range of $53,594 (minimum) to $62,956 (midpoint) to $72,320 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
