Job Description: As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering product to customers.
Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
· Follow delivery/pick up schedule from dispatcher in our Cargo Van
· Pick up branch orders from vendors
· Make scheduled deliveries to Nanaimo customers
· Loading and unloading delivery truck
· Complete delivery sheets with signatures
· Assisting with warehouse duties
· Weekly vehicle inspections
· Maintain the service and appearance of the truck
· Perform any other duties as assigned by branch manager
Qualifications:
· Must hold a valid driver’s license (only a class 5 driver’s license required)
· Clean driving record, must supply drivers abstract from ICBC
· A high school diploma or GED
· Excellent listening and communication skills
· Detail orientated and organized
· A positive attitude and a polite and friendly demeanor
