- Greet and assist customers, both in person and over the phone, in a friendly and professional manner.

- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery or resolution.
- Assist in preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records.

- Maintain a neat and organized office environment, including ordering office supplies as needed.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, presentations, and other documents.

- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
