We are looking for full- and part-time cheese lovers to join our team at Fromagerie Bothwell in St-Boniface as retail sales associates and Bothwell Cheese Ambassadors. Fromagerie Bothwell Cheese Shop is a revolutionary concept set out to create a truly unique and authentic made-in-Manitoba shopping and culinary experience by fusing ingredients, cultures, products, and traditions inspired by the great Province of Manitoba. We are looking for energetic, hard-working individuals who want to be part of our award-winning team!
Responsibilities:
As a Fromagerie Bothwell employee, you will be asked expected to learn about varieties of cheeses and other local products in order to actively engage and educate customers about the products we sell, share pairings ideas, and provide the best shopping experience for each customer. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the overall appearance cleanliness of the store by keeping the store it tidy; , cleaning, stocking cases shelves and coolers, pulling cheese from cases, weighing and labeling products, and complying with Safe Food Handling regulations as well as Health and Safety policies and procedures. Requirements:
Applicants should have exceptional people skills, be reliable, have a positive attitude, be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment., and have exceptional people skills Additionally, applicants should have a flexible schedule and be available to work , including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Fluency in both English and French and previous sales, deli/grocery experience will be considered assets. Candidates must be able to the spend the majority of their time working on their feet for up to 8 hours, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and have to the ability to use knives and cheese cutting equipment.

VOUS FEREZ QUOI? :
- Servir la clientèle et la conseiller sur divers fromages, produits d’épicerie fine, produits locaux, etc…
- Travailler à la caisse
- Participer au marchandisage des produits
- Nettoyage et l’entretien général du magasin
Les candidats doivent être fiables, avoir une attitude positive, être capables d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, de travailler dans un environnement d'équipe et avoir des compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles. De plus, les candidats doivent avoir un horaire flexible, y compris en fins de semaine et en soirées. La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais et une expérience antérieure en service à la clientèle/épicerie seront considérées comme des atouts. Les candidats doivent être capables de passer la majorité de leur temps à travailler debout, capables de soulever jusqu'à 40 livres et doivent être capables d'utiliser des couteaux et de l’équipement pour couper le fromage.
