Job Description
- Manage Network Operations on a 5G CORE network (AMF, NSSF, & NRF)
- Lead Assurance activities to include Incident MGMT, Problem MGMT, Performance MGMT, Change MGMT, and other Service Operations functions
- Fault handling & irreversible corrective actions
- Integration, configuration & troubleshooting of 5G packet core nodes, networks and solutions at the customer premises or remote
- Pro-active maintenance activities
- Project activities, implementing / adapting (new) E2E service functionalities, nodes, & services
- Provide reporting on multiple platforms, correlating data from multiple sources
- Secure that the delivered solution is properly implemented & works according to the Requirements
- Verification, integration & troubleshooting of complete E2E solutions in a Multi-vendor Set-up
- Provide Solution Support including handling of Helpdesks & Customer Support Requests
- Preparation & execution of supply & acceptance projects with the customer
- Commissioning & integration of new sites
- Preparation, verification & execution of Software upgrades & updates
- Close cooperation with the different Ericsson organizations & third-party suppliers
- Perform Configuration Management, i.e. generating & updating customer solution documentations & descriptions
- Fault handling & corrective actions on node, service & infrastructure level
- Provide input, implement & verify improvements in processes & work instructions
- Verify & implement configuration changes
Position Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in network operations
- 1+ years working on 5G networks with packet core
- 2+ years of experience with commissioning and integrations
