Job Summary:As a Real Estate Salesperson and Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with clients, conducting property showings, and negotiating sales contracts. Additionally, you will handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to potential buyers and sellers.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to clients about available properties.
- Assist clients in determining their needs and preferences and recommend suitable properties accordingly.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENTS ONLY (MUST HAVE LICENSE)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales successfully.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate CRM systems and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
