Full-Time/Part-Time Server/Cashier
The Opportunity
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time server/cashier. Our brewery will be known for its friendly atmosphere, and great service. We are looking for someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow their career in the brewery/beer industry.
Duties Include:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking orders while paying attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and orderly environment within the work area
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with the check out process with a positive attitude and professionalism
- Ability to work as part of a team in order to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of the brewery items.
- Assist customers with their order and communication (e.g. hold items for other customers while waiting for other guests to arrive)
- Answer questions or make recommendations
- Multitask between working on the computer and taking orders, as well as occasionally serving samples
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Smart Serve Required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers (in English)
