Job Title: Laborer
Duties:
- Perform physical labor tasks such as unloading/ loading trucks, lifting, and carrying materials to work stations
-Can assemble basic electrical and plumbing
- Rearranging shop to coordinate with pickups and deliveries
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job assembly
- Operate hand tools and power tools as necessary
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus
