Duties:
- Coordinate and manage the dispatch of trucks.
- Ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate with drivers, assisting with route planning and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and manage driver workloads and schedules.
- Maintain detailed and accurate dispatch records.
Requirements:
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
Compensation:
- Wage: $24.00/hour
- Hours per week: 35
- Overtime Wage: $36.00/hour (1.5 times of regular wage if working more than 40 hours per week)
