We are seeking Business Systems Analyst Students for our North American Headquarters (Edmonton, AB) who are available for 8-12 months starting in January 2024.
As a Business Systems Analyst Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Provides user support for enterprise business development.
-
Responds to related service requests, troubleshoot incidents, and investigate problems.
-
Assists with, creates or updates process, training and system documentation.
-
Supports/delivers web-based training to end users and participates in pilots and rollouts.
-
Performs documentation of requirements for new systems.
-
Assists with, creates or updates use cases that support requirements analysis, functional designs, user acceptance testing, and training material.
-
Develops and deliver stakeholder communications.
-
Assists with the coordination of subject matter experts for requirements refinement and user acceptance testing.
-
Assists with/performs system configuration and testing and analysis of system and data usage.
-
Liaises with business, technology, and support teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.

Assists with new and ongoing department initiatives.

Configures navigation, dashboards, analytics, and reports in solutions such as Power BI.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
