Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of IT, Enterprise Architecture & Business Operations to lead and drive our company's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between technology, business processes, cloud solutions, SaaS applications, network management, and security practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise architecture, coupled with proven expertise in optimizing business operations, cloud adoption, SaaS integration, network management, security, and relevant cloud certifications to enhance efficiency and scalability. This leadership role requires a forward-thinking individual who can collaboratively steer cross-functional teams, provide innovative solutions, and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy that supports the company's short-term and long-term objectives.

Define and maintain architectural principles, standards, and guidelines that guide technology decisions across the organization, with a focus on cloud and SaaS integration.

Collaborate with technology and business leaders to align architecture with business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance in cloud environments.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the company's architecture and cloud strategy.
Business Operations Optimization:

Lead efforts to streamline and optimize business processes across various departments, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and process improvement to drive cost savings and customer satisfaction, leveraging cloud and SaaS capabilities.

Implement best practices for project management, vendor management, resource allocation, and performance measurement to ensure successful project delivery.
Cloud, SaaS, Network, and Security Management:

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the company's cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of SaaS applications and network resources.

Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy to safeguard the company's cloud-based data, systems, and digital assets.

Monitor and address security threats and vulnerabilities in cloud and SaaS environments, collaborating with IT and security teams to implement proactive measures.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to cloud, SaaS, network, and information security.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with executive leadership to understand business goals and priorities, translating them into actionable enterprise architecture and operations strategies that leverage cloud and SaaS solutions.

Collaborate with IT teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute technology roadmaps that support business initiatives while maximizing the potential of cloud and SaaS resources.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.
Change Management:

Lead change management efforts related to technology, security, cloud adoption, and process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders, addressing concerns and promoting adoption of new processes, technologies, and security practices.
Risk Management and Compliance:

Identify and mitigate architectural, operational, security, and compliance risks in cloud and SaaS environments, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.

Establish and enforce security and privacy protocols to safeguard sensitive company and customer data in cloud and SaaS contexts.
Team Leadership and Development:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of architects, analysts, security experts, cloud specialists, and operations professionals.

Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering growth and skill enhancement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of 15+ years in enterprise architecture, business operations, cloud adoption, SaaS integration, network management, security, and strategic leadership roles.

Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, architecture patterns, security best practices, cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and network management.

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration between technology, business, security, and cloud functions.

Experience in process optimization, automation, digital transformation, and cloud migration initiatives.

Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) highly preferred.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data, business insights, security considerations, and cloud capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Strong project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
