Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
-
Provide technical support for the management of leased aircraft.
-
Arrange, control, negotiate and ensure on time aircraft (re)-deliveries within the approved budget.
-
Responsible for technical expertise for contractual decisions relating to leased aircraft for; lease returns, lease deliveries, aircraft repossession and aircraft purchases.

Liaise with customers on technical/contractual aspects of leased aircraft.

Management and tracking of the assets' major components (Props and Gear), APU.
-
Assist the Engine Asset Director as required.
- Approve maintenance reserves events and approve work scopes for overhaul or exchange of components.

Oversee forecast and budget for maintenance reserve events.

Provide evaluation and approval of maintenance reserve work scopes.

Provide advisory services on all technical matters supporting aircraft leasing, purchases and sales transactions.

Responsible for carrying out annual technical audits.
- Assist with the marketing and operations departments during aircraft transitions.

Analyze and recommend operational and commercial terms for aircraft and engine leases and purchases.
- Recommend and implement procedural changes compliance with covenants, reporting requirements, return conditions and other terms, and timely and accurate execution of all financial obligations.

Complete formal and informal staff performance reviews.

Work closely with Human Resources to address any staffing issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Possess the aptitude to quickly understand our client's business and operational activities and capabilities.

Experience
-
At least 5+ years' work experience in a senior or lead maintenance role.

Previous experience in a similar aviation asset management role and / or management role in an international environment asset.
