Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting B2B sales and customer service activities via phone / email
- Manage leads from automated lead generation programs and website
- Cold calling new prospect accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain regular follow up contact with accounts
- Mandatory use of CRM tool (Microsoft Dynamics)
Who we are looking for
- Self-motivated, able to work in a dynamic work environment, team player with a positive attitude
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Excellent phone manner and easily able to build rapport
- Well organized with the ability to set priorities and schedules and coordinate multiple projects
- Able to read and interpret relevant documents such as product specifications, technical and procedure manuals
- Interested in smart electronic products
Experience:
- Previous B2B or equivalent sales experience (1 year)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Dynamics
- Experience in sales in the smart hospitality products industry preferred
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
