Responsibilities:
- Provide esthetician services to clients, including facials, and body treatments
- Conduct product demonstrations and retail sales to clients
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries
Qualifications:
- Valid esthetician license in the state of NJ
- Proven experience in providing a range of esthetician services
- Knowledge of skincare products and techniques
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work and weekends as needed
